01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the twbet platform (accessible at twbet.bio and any associated mobile application or service), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the twbet platform (collectively, the "Agreement").

These Terms apply to all activities conducted on twbet, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in promotional offers, and all gaming activities such as live casino, slots, bingo, e-sports betting, and any other products offered now or in the future.

Your continued use of the twbet platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active twbet account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person (corporations, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts);
• Be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of twbet or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary (placed through your own twbet account) or mandated by a regulatory authority;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Restricted Jurisdictions

twbet does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or where twbet does not hold the applicable regulatory authorisation. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using twbet is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. twbet reserves the right to restrict access from any territory at any time without prior notice.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of twbet services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered twbet account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If twbet identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and bonus balances forfeited. twbet reserves the right to permanently ban repeat offenders from the platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your twbet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. twbet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify twbet support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

twbet operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance obligations. twbet reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to request that you provide identity verification documents prior to processing any deposit, withdrawal, or bonus claim. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, PRC ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to twbet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. twbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and other payment channels as made available on the platform from time to time. Deposit processing times vary by method but are typically instant for GCash and PayMaya. twbet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and account validation. twbet processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawals page of the platform. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour during regular processing hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. twbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal of significant value. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency

In compliance with anti-money laundering obligations, twbet requires that withdrawals be directed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. twbet does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or to accounts not registered under your own name.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

twbet offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active. These specific terms are published on each individual promotion page and form part of this Agreement.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your twbet account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed on certain game categories (such as live dealer baccarat, roulette, and certain progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Please review each promotion's eligible games list carefully.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

twbet employs detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or matched bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

twbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at twbet's sole discretion and no player has an inherent entitlement to participate in any promotion.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the twbet platform are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each respective game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where game-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

twbet uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable game categories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are hosted by licensed studios operating under their own regulatory frameworks. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective game providers and are available for review within individual game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, twbet reserves the right to void affected rounds. twbet will make reasonable efforts to restore affected player balances based on game logs, but is not obligated to complete or honour bets placed during verified system errors.

07 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the twbet platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any part of the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any such winnings must be reported immediately and will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, whether by depositing funds of illicit origin or structuring transactions to avoid detection;
• Impersonating another person or using falsified identification documents;
• Circumventing self-exclusion measures, either your own or those imposed on another player;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the platform, including denial-of-service attempts or unauthorised access to platform systems;
• Sharing or selling your account credentials to third parties.

twbet reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in the above conduct. Where violations are confirmed, twbet may void bets, forfeit balances, suspend or permanently close the account, and report the matter to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

08 Suspension & Termination

8.1 Suspension by twbet

twbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where twbet reasonably believes that: (a) you have violated any provision of these Terms; (b) your account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise harmful purposes; (c) regulatory obligations require us to do so; or (d) continued operation of your account poses a reputational or legal risk to twbet.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your twbet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your nominated payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Permanent self-exclusion requests will be actioned immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

09 Privacy & Data

twbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal information is used for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

twbet does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and licensed third-party service providers as required for the operation of the platform and fulfilment of legal obligations. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, twbet, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliated companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the twbet platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

twbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by law, twbet's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit twbet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

twbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. All players have access to the following tools directly within their twbet account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits — Restrict the amount you can lose over a set period;
• Session Time Reminders — Receive alerts after a set duration of gameplay;
• Cooling-Off Periods — Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from the platform.

12 Amendments to These Terms

twbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed on the twbet platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.

Your continued use of the twbet platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 8.2 above.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of twbet, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For regulatory complaints, players may contact the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through the official PAGCOR website. twbet cooperates fully with all regulatory inquiries and investigations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
